Highlights
At the beginning of the partnership, The Lab17 rolled out a significant change in Ubank’s recruitment process.
Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment experience meant a vast improvement to candidate experience, as well as Ubank’s Hiring Managers getting their time back – spending less time on recruitment related activity.
It also led to The Lab17 saving Ubank an exceedingly large amount in recruitment fees.
The Lab17 team also focused on improving Ubank’s employer brand, implemented a new ATS, and built out a recruitment resource bank (interview frameworks, guidelines, best practices) to continuously improve the way Ubank attract and hire talent into the business.
