The partnership

Across 2022 to 2023, Healius embarked on a major strategic transformation journey. Their goal was to re-imagine their healthcare services and create a modernised customer-centric digital health organisation.

What we delivered

Whilst Healius had an internal talent team, its experience lay within medical recruitment, as opposed to the digital, product and engineering space they needed.
