Hey folks!

We’re Nick Ingall and Simon Bernardino – the founders of The Lab17. We’ve worked together over the years at companies such as Spotify, Atlassian, and SafetyCulture, building their teams through significant periods of growth.

We emerged (slightly battle scarred), wondering how we could break the mould of conventional recruitment. How could we help scaling businesses who don’t have the internal ‘people’ capabilities?
